Sandy Paws is a pet-friendly, ground-floor holiday apartment set within a large modern home, situated above the main beach parking area in Witsand. While not directly on the beach, the apartment enjoys lovely ocean views and easy access to the shoreline, making it an ideal coastal base for couples, small families, and dog lovers.

The apartment comprises one comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet, and a well-appointed open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The living space includes an indoor braai/fireplace, seating for four, and a television with full DStv package, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxed evenings.

An optional second bedroom, accessed from the outside patio, offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either a king-size bed or two single beds and includes its own en-suite bathroom—ideal for accommodating extra guests while maintaining privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge/freezer combo, gas hob, under-counter electric oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Basic tea and coffee supplies, essential cooking items, and cleaning supplies for weekend stays are provided. Please note that there are no laundry facilities available.

Sandy Paws is pet-friendly, offering a private, fully fenced garden with a lawn where dogs can relax safely while guests enjoy the ocean views. Additional features include a full inverter and solar system, private entrance, and parking for one vehicle and a boat or two vehicles.
